Delivery
Youngsons will deliver your goods within 3 - 7 working days providing they are in stock. if goods are not received within 21 days, contact us and we will offer you alternative products to the same value or a full refund.
Goods must be signed for upon delivery and damages / shortages must be reported within 24 hours.
Youngsons denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers. In the unlikely event of a delivery not arriving on time , any extra delivery charges will be refunded. However we cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
Couriers will attempt to deliver your parcels on two occasions, a card should be left at each unsuccessful delivery attempt). if at any point a delivery cannot be made the parcels will be returned to the depot for collection by yourself.
Returns
If you wish to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of your goods please contact us at sales@youngsons.uk.com or telephonr 01888 563334. Products are to be returned in perfect condition and with the pakaging undamaged to Youngsons, 13 Castle Street, Turriff, Aberdeenshire, AB53 4BJ.
The goods being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage. We would recomend returning goods by recorded delivery using Parcel Force.
Youngsons does not accept any responsibility for goods returned by a customer which are not received unless proof of delivery to us is supplied.
On safe return of goods to us youngsons will refund all sums paid by you, less cost of return postage. If goods are damaged or faulty then collection of goods will be arranged by Youngsons.
Return of goods after 30 days is at our own discretion.
Goods that carry a manufacturers guarantee can be returned, if faulty to us for exchange/refund during the warranty period. All goods still in guarantee will be tested upon return.
Products that are especially ordered cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
Goods are not allowed to be tried or tested.
This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
